Blog mechanics

I have been puttering off and on with the "template" for this blog, identifying methods that can be used to better present information about chemotherapy drugs and the needs of the hospital. I was able to add to the sidebar a few comments regarding the blog and some links related to chemoterapy drugs. It's not what I consider great progress but it's an imrovement.
